Very convenient and safe area, close to Grand Central Station, with easy access to multiple subway lines. A staff member was kind enough to assist us with the check-in process upon our late arrival. The complimentary breakfast, especially the pastries, was amazing. The lobby is nicely designed and has a cozy, pleasant atmosphere. The room was super tiny, but we were already aware of this and expected it based on the description. We spent most of the day exploring the city, so it didn’t really bother us.

− We requested a late check-out, but unfortunately our request was not answered. However, they do offer luggage storage upon request. The water pressure in the shower was too low. The duvet cover felt very synthetic/polyester-like, which made the bed quite warm and caused us to sweat during the night. There was quite a lot of noise from the street, as well as from guests on the upper floor.

Nice but I wouldn't return.

It's an adorable hotel, breakfast has great options. The rooms are nice but SO SMALL.

− Paying $250 for a room.half the size of an average room, even with great location is ridiculous. It's nice but not GREAT. You don't even offer almost any amenities. It's like paying the most for the bare minimum.
