Quaint Coachella Music Festival Casita

Locations was great for attending Coachella! It had everything I needed. I honestly loved it and was so thankful each day just to have a comfortable place to sleep, get ready and shower. So thankful to Sheryl for driving me to the entrance each morning and thankful for James for picking me up! Sheryl was a great help and I truly appreciate her hospitality and kindness! Just some advice to future stayers - when you look on maps, the property address to Coachella - it says your like “an hour walk”. You’re actually not, the yellow entrance is like a 20 min walk from the house, (if Sheryl or James can’t drop you then it’s a 5 min walk) which at the end of the night really beats waiting round for Ubers and shuttles.

− Honestly there was nothing I didn’t like. I read on some reviews people complaining about the size, so I was a little bit nervous about that before coming. I honestly don’t know what there was to complain about because it literally matched the description. I also seen people complaining about check in, I was given very clear instructions and followed the advice about entering through a specific entrance and I had no trouble whatsoever.

This was a lovely and quaint Casita. Definitely recommend booking this!

Sheryl was very easy to work with. She gave us instructions on how to enter the grounds and the code to the door the morning of our check in date. The Casita was private, in a great location (we were at an event at the Empire Polo Club), and the neighborhood was lovely. We asked to keep our car on the driveway until 1pm and were allowed which was a very nice gesture. Easy instructions on how to use the TV and accessing Wi-Fi. It was a great spot for me any daughter, I would definitely book there again.

− A microwave would have been more convenient than a toaster oven, but we managed. Appreciated having a mini fridge, plates, cutlery, etc.

Location was great for Cochella, you could walk to the festival. However they block off the main street Monroe where you enter the property at night and it becomes a nightmare for ubers/taxi. So plan accordingly. The place is clean and in a gated community which felt nice. The wifi is nice and fast! The neighbors are all super nice and accommodating. I do recommend.

− The place is basically a room with a bathroom. But perfectly fine if nothing more is needed. I was there for Coachella and it was hard to get ubers to come to your door because of all the blocking off streets and made it difficult to plan stuff. The host doesnt live on site. There is a house right across from your bedroom door [in my case no one was there during my stay so it felt very private] but the curtains were see through so that would of been an issue for me. I wish i had a car pass so I dont have to give my name and address to the main gate every time I entered and could use other gates to enter.

Very quite. Needed a place to see tennis matches so even though it’s small it had everything we needed and seemed larger than it was because it was so nicely decorated.

Comfortable, quaint and quiet.
