Beautiful apt with outstanding view

The view is a panorama, looking directly into the sea-scape and the amazing sunrises and sunsets. The flat is well stocked, the beds and pillows were comfortable. We slept really, really well. Very quiet as well. Fantastic location.

Horrible Experience

− Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and reflects a complete lack of responsibility on the part of the host. Only two hours after arriving, the freezer stopped working completely, causing all of our frozen food and meats to spoil. Instead of acknowledging the failure of their appliance, the host attempted to blame us, the guests, for using it under normal conditions. This was not only insulting but also a clear attempt to avoid accountability. Despite the financial loss we incurred, neither the host nor Booking.com offered us any compensation. On the very same night, the stove failed in the middle of cooking at 10 PM, leaving us without a functional kitchen. The host’s response was to suggest repairing it during our vacation — which is completely unreasonable and disruptive. At no point were we compensated for losing access to these basic amenities that were advertised as part of the property. Additional issues further worsened the stay. The master bedroom’s bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival, making the space uncomfortable to use. The cutlery was dirty, raising serious concerns about hygiene and cleaning standards. This property not only failed to deliver on basic expectations, but the host actively refused to take responsibility when problems were reported. Guests deserve honesty, working amenities, and proper cleanliness — none of which were provided here. We will not be returning, and we strongly advise Booking.com and potential guests to reconsider staying at a property where accountability and respect for guests do not exist.
