Beautiful property, perfect setting.

Beautiful location and views, tucked just a few mins walk from the town. Steep walk back up but we didn’t mind. The property was charming, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Staff at Hotel Genziana were friendly and helpful.

− Not much to dislike.

Beautiful view, comfortable bed, nice kitchen with utensils, excellent location just off the big walking trail, very responsive, friendly and courteous staff. Near the Seceda gondola (5min walk), grocery store & downtown nearby. I couldn’t find the coffee maker and the staff came up and put a French press and a Moka on the counter. I loved the Moka.

− I think it would have been nice to have some basic staples in the kitchen: liquid dish soap, salt & pepper (they have grinders), first day of coffee, and a bottle cap & wine opener (note I bought one and left it, but im sure they would have brought one , but I needed one immediately, lol)

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment, it's spacious and modern, on 2 levels, with beautiful views over the valley and the cable cars going up Alpe di Siusi opposite. Great location as cable cars/funicular to Rasciesa, Seceda and Alpe di Siusi are all a short walk away. We didn't have a car and went in early summer, plenty to do in Ortisei and spectacular views at the top of the mountains. The owner, and staff of Hotel Genziano, are incredibly helpful too, assisting us with transfers etc, I borrowed some hiking poles due to a sore knee. Will definitely be back!

Evelyn was the kindest, warm and more helpful person we ever met in Italy. The property is managed by Hotel Geneziana and he pick us up and drop on the house with the bags, also he booked a transfer to pick us and the bags and drop us on the bus stop. We definitely will stay again there when we come back to Ortisei. The house is fine, looks new and you have a full kitchen set up if you want to cook at home. Near to the ski stations, walkable distance, and 6-8 min walk to the city centre. Very nice and cosy place, couldn't recommend enough. Thanks Evelyn
