Not satisfied with everything

− Windows nearly fell out. Loose water tap in the toilet.

The room was clean and even better than we expected. The check-in instructions were clear, straightforward, and easy to follow.

− The main downside was that the unit is on the 4th floor, so carrying luggage up can be a bit challenging.

Cheap budget hotel

The front reception staff were ok,

− Everything is falling to bits, don't touch the window it might fall out,it is loose,the bathroom since is loose,there was no breakfast,

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it. The staff is friendly.

− Soundproofing is poor...

If you want to take your girlfriend to a place for a few hours this is the place.

The food was nice and the staff were friendly under fire.

− The bedding was absolutely disgusting. I wish I could upload the pics I took. The communication before the stay was non existent. Which create an issue for the room requirement. They wanted to charge me 15,000 pesos a day for a meeting room and I ended up having to rent a whole new room for each day for 8 hours. The manager did not respond to any requests to discuss and was away on holidays. I am grateful that I was able to achieve what I needed to do and thanked the staff for putting up with my frustration at the obvious over charging of the meeting room.

− Very poor wifi signal. Very low water pressure. The quality of the toiletries are poor.
