The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed to buy a duffel bag during my stay and he kindly recommended a couple of nearby stores to visit. Moreover, he allowed me to leave some luggage there during my trip out of the capital. It is centrally located. Numerous stores, restaurants, and cafes are within a short walk.

− The price for one night was high but it was high season and many visitors were in the country to see the solar eclipse.

Good Place To Stay Before Our Cruise

Our room was fine with a nice shower with several options with a handheld and an overhead fixture. The location was close to many bars and restaurants. We were joining a long cruise so the elevator was large enough for us and all of our luggage. The man at the front desk was very helpful to arrange for a taxi to take us to the pier. There was another couple going to the same ship so we split the cost with them (about $50 total for all four of us).

− The mattress was softer than what we are used to having. There was no luggage stand in the room which would helped with our repacking before we boarded our cruise.
