Very enjoyable, great location

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room to move around comfortably. Having tea and coffee-making facilities in the room was a wonderful touch, allowing us to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The location was excellent, directly opposite VivoCity shopping mall, making it easy to walk across for a meal or explore the surrounding area and easy to get to Sentosa Island via the Sentosa Express Monorail which leaves from VivoCity. The swimming pool was much appreciated in the heat to cool off, although a little on the warm side however still enjoyable. The Bar on the rooftop was a great way to end the day and watch the sunset.

− Our room was facing the W Coast Highway, so a bit noisy with cars, trucks etc. passing by. Other than that nothing else to comment on.

− Zimmer ohne Fenster, obwohl in der Vorschau grosse Fensterfronten waren. Um 3 Uhr eingecheckt und um 9 Uhr für die "Pest Control" geweckt worden, das könnte man auch während der späteren Reinigung machen.

It was pleasant and rooms were clean and comfortable. My son enjoyed the view and the pool. Conveniently located.

Location is very convenient. Walking distance to Vivo city which also serves as the main transport point to Sentosa. Bus stop is right in front.

− I expected them to waive off my late checkout fee since I had already paid for a night (1st September) which I didn’t stay but I did book due to my flight landing in the morning of the 2nd September and especially since I’m traveling with my child I could not wait until 3pm standard check in.

Okay apart from the small room and the no window.

Location, laundry facilities and comfort of the hotel. Convenience to access public transport.

− Room cleaning was provided once in 2 days- which was fine. But it was questionalble on how the hotel manages this frequency because i had to prompt each time I needed i clean up
