Location with bus stop and food court nearby.

− Location because it is between Eunos and Payar Lebar train stations. That means not convenient if you need train. Super small room. Have difficulty opening and accessing the bathroom door because it is so close to the bed.

Comfortable and affordable

Walk about 10-15 minutes to the nearest MRT station. Very convenient in terms of having nearby restaurants and small shops. Room is clean. Room price is affordable.

I really enjoyed my week-long stay at hotel venue classic. The staff were incredibly friendly, I was attended to by Alph, Jeff and Malik throughout my stay. The hotel is at a great location as it was close to a 24hr hawker center, convenience store, laundromat, a short walk to the paya lebar train station and had several different bus stops nearby. This was a great affordable option for my first time Singapore, and I plan to stay again next time I visit.

Good value for money.

− Wifi in room 201, very bad or none signal.

Good value, clean/modern, great staff, small room but location is good

Room whilst small was well maintained and modern. Location is ideal very close to many cafes and food outlets. Walking distance to MRT, plenty of buses nearby.

− Room size is challenge with very little hanging space. We had a bit of luggage but managed to work it out over the 8 day stay
