Very disappointed and dirty

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff and a very cool vibe.

This hotel is a superb oasis in a beautiful bustling town. Just a few hundred metres from the busy cobbled streets of Alaçati, it's spacious and serene. The staff are so attentive, and they really looked after us all, during our stay. The lively music around the pool took a bit of getting used to, but in the end, it just added to the cool, relaxed vibe. There are so many sunloungers and sofas to relax on around the pool and bar area. In the evening, the pool area takes on a very different feel as all the loungers go, and tables are placed and set for dinner. The restaurant has a great choice of meals and all the food was excellent. Breakfast spread was good too. It's very easy to catch a Dolmus from outside the hotel to take you to any of the beaches North and South and also Cesme. We also arranged a private tour of Ephesus from the hotel.

− We got a bit of a drain smell in our bathroom in the first couple of days, but it soon went.

Wouldn’t stay here, wouldn’t recommend it.

Property was located a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants

− Terrible customer service, front desk staff were very unwelcoming. Language barrier is expected but manage your frustration with guests we are all trying to make this work. Room was dirty, small and I think they forgot to make the bed with the mattress topper it felt like I was sleeping on wood. Although we gave reception our keys for room cleaning they didn’t clean the room. We also upgraded our room for our last two nights and our luggage was moved to our new room but kept outside the room… accessible to anyone who passes by. Anyways it’s a 3 star hotel for a reason I guess.

The outdoor space and designs

− The cleaning services and not having any facilities in the rooms for making a cup of coffee or tea

Делать лучше уборку, проверить двери и трубы от канализации , завтраки подавать чуть раньше.

− Плохо убирались, в ванной и туалете был запах от канализации. Двери плохо закрывались в комнате.

This hotel is so beautiful and peaceful, and the room is amazing. The staff was super helpful and nice. I'd totally stay here again next time I'm in Alaçati.
