Wouldn't stay there again

The bathrooms were clean and there were two of them.

− Rooms had a musty smell and we were unaware of the hotels construction. My Mom was able to move to a less musty smelling room but noticed dirty curtains, lamp shades and just overall not best location. Breakfast offered was grab and go - not what I'm accustomed to at a Springhill Suites.

Excellent service and treatment from the staff

I appreciated that, even though the place was undergoing renovations when we arrived, the entire staff was very pleasant.

− I didn't like that things were a bit inconvenient due to the redevelopment work, and that some of the construction workers didn't have a good attitude.

The overall location was good for what I had going on while I was in town.

− Was not aware of the front entrance to the hotel being under construction/renovations upon arrival, the $30 per night for parking is alot of money for paying guest staying at the hotel, and lastly, the fire alarm going off and on out of nowhere for about 40 minutes kind of killed my experience there at this location.

Not great.

− Under construction, poor customer service from staff- lack of care of frustration, over priced.
