The bed was comfortable.

− The airport shuttle never picked us up. After a 5.5 hour flight, I, along with my 80 year old husband, waited for the shuttle, it never came. I called and got a message that it runs till 10:30 pm, so we were good there. it was 10 PM. A shuttle drove by, we waved and yelled, he kept going, never stopped. I called again and talked with the front desk (She was really hard to understand with her heavy accent) and she said that the shuttle runs till 10 PM, not 10:30. I wish they would get their times straight. Nowhere on the website does it mention times for the shuttle. We wasted 45 minutes at the shuttle stop, and had to go find other tranportation, hauling multiple heavy baggage. My poor husband, I thought he was going to have a heart attack. We finally found a taxi that costs us $40!!!!! The room had curtains that were broken, so, we couldn't sleep in because of the bright light. The breakfast was horrible...cold eggs, and only 1 waffle iron that took 8 minutes per person. So, if you were 3rd in line, it would be over 20 minutes before you pour your batter.

− No habían hecho la limpieza de la habitación, el televisor no encendía, el desayuno muy limitado, no contestan los mensajes a través de Booking, no hacen devolución del dinero de retención.

Came for a one night stay before cruise

− Smelled funny

Great location, Staff was wonderful. clearing the breakfast area at 9:00 was a shocker.

We arrived at breakfast at 8:55 Am and grabbed a cup of cup of coffee and at 9:00 AM sharp, the lights went out at the breakfast area and everything was taken away. That was a shocker and a turn off.
