− Lautstärke der Strasse bis 3 Uhr , Sehr spartanisches Frühstück für diesen Preis. Klimaanlage extrem laut. Aussichtsterasse ist für Nichtraucher kaum nennenswert,Bilder falschen Eindruck

Location is great, less than 10 minutes of walking from Maria Santa Novella station. Medici family building, room was very spacious, old school furniture, amazing shower. Breakfast was pretty good, woman that makes coffee does amazing job, espresso machiatto is 10/10. One of the biggest surprises is balcony on top that looks at cathedral and roofs of Florence.

The double room was comfortable, spacious, clean Continental breakfast was fresh with sufficient every day.

− There is no lift and the rooms are on the third floor. Make sure you tell the arrival time to get help with the luggage. It's in the good location. If you open the windows it would be a bit noisy as plenty of people walking around at night apparently. Otherwise, nice stay

Clean had good ac and a view to see the top of the city

− It was on the third floor with no elevator and I had over 70kg to carry up the stairs

Overall, pleasant day great part of town. It’s at the edge of the tourist district so you do get some feeling of locals

The people who run the place are really kind and helpful

− The stairs! Too many stairs to get to and from your room. I’d also say forget about access to the rooftop terrace. It’s a very difficult spiral staircase to get up there and there’s no way you would be able to bring your breakfast tray up to enjoy coffee and breakfast with a view of the city.
