Fantastic hotel but a bit too pricey for what it offers - paying for the location

Fantastic location for kids with many facilities, activities and immediate access to the beach. Food is absolutely great, high variety and with different themes every night, and high quality cooking.

− Room equipment is old and worn off; main restaurant is much too crowded in peak season; staff does not prevent guests from occupying the pool seats with towels early morning - no seats available after breakfast although only 10% are actually occupied. Price is not really justified - Iberostar Waves in Crete is only a third of the price but it is superior in every way.

Not worth the price!

− For the price we paid, the hotel was disappointing. The rooms are very basic and there was not even a coffee machine in the room. Nothing really felt special or “wow” considering the cost. The children’s activities were also quite basic and repetitive, with almost the same things every day. Some activities changed in the afternoon, but they were not specifically designed for children. The pools are quite small for the number of guests, and with so many children around the atmosphere can become very noisy, crowded and chaotic. The beach itself is beautiful, but the sunbeds and services on the beach are separate from the hotel and you have to pay extra to use them.
