Great Value hotel in Singapore, something quite rare

Warm and lovely staff, awesome location, many convenience stores a few minutes away, Tekka centre for awesome Hawker right next door. Very close to the MRT stations. Easy bus rides to all major malls and attractions and famous food spots. Aircon was strong which is good. Nice area for luggage storage and storing clothing. Overall for Singapore, this hotel is great value for money

Room and cleanliness The hotel was generally clean, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price, especially compared to other hotels in Singapore. Location The hotel is conveniently located near an MRT station, with easy access to major tourist attractions. Breakfast I have to give the hotel credit for trying to offer variety. The breakfast selection changed throughout the week, which was a nice touch. There were Starbucks coffee machines, which was definitely appreciated. Gym One of the hotel's advantages is its gym, which is open 24/7. The equipment is quite limited: two treadmills, two exercise bikes, a selection of dumbbells, and one strength-training machine for the upper body. It's not much, but it's certainly better than having no gym at all, especially if you want to maintain your workout routine while travelling. Overall The hotel offers good value for money in terms of room size, cleanliness, and transport connections. However, the unpleasant surroundings, limited breakfast options for those who prefer lighter food, and infrequent towel changes definitely affected our experience. It's a reasonable choice if you prioritise affordability and convenience, but it's worth knowing what to expect before booking.

− Locatiin The surrounding neighbourhood was a completely different story. The streets were shockingly dirty, smelly, and felt rather unhygienic. During our six-day stay, we spotted rats on the street on two separate occasions. Definitely not something you expect to encounter so close to your hotel! Breakfast From a European perspective, the food hardly resembled breakfast at all. Most of the options consisted of noodles, spicy rice, or oily potatoes. If you don't tolerate spicy or greasy food well, you're pretty much out of luck. There were very few lighter or more neutral options. Another issue was the sweetness of the drinks. Almost everything seemed to contain added sugar, even the tea bags! If you don't enjoy overly sweet beverages, I'd recommend bringing or buying your own.

− Staffs are not friendly.

Would stay here again if we come back to Singapore

Best thing about the hotel was it's location - 3 mins walk from the nearest MRT which makes everything convenient. We were worried about the bed size as we were travelling with our 6year old toddler but it was still comfortable.
