Essa já foi a 3a vez que nos hospedamos no Hotel. E lindo, confortável, chic, localização maravilhosa. Staff muiiito atencioso desde a recepção, destaque para Samira, até os atendentes do café da manhã a arrumadeira do quarto. Lençois e toalhas de qualidade. Variedade do café com muitas opções entre iogurtes, paes, queijos, frutas, mesa de doces e panquecas e cafés.

− ar condicionado. pegamos muito calor e mesmo na temperatura minima, não ficou geladinho. falamos com a recepção e eles parecem que ajustaram a temperatura. Percebi q eles não sentem tanto calor quanto nos!

Very pleasant stay with an excellent location, especially for shopping. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast options were limited but delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Giancarlo and Matteo at breakfast for their kindness and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

− Worst hotel experince I ever had in rome speciality and arround the world , they didnt respect the comfort for the guest while they making repairs for hotel elevaters with noise and drilling , during all my stay , from 9 am to 5 pm , I coulnt sleep and relax and they offered me another room on my charge and I refused , its was horrible stay and they ruined my vacation
