Our favorite hotel in Venice!

A beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Frederico at the front desk exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure we had a special stay for our anniversary. Our room was located on the second floor, and their staff assisted with carrying our baggage up the stairs which was much appreciated. With that being said though the stairs were only 2 small flights, which was very nice to see since many other hotels in the area have a much bigger climb. Our room had an amazing view of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. The hotel is extremely centrally located so you can easily walk to see the sights or get food and visit shops. Since it is in such a great location, you will be able to hear some of the sounds of Venice outside your window but that is typical of the area and wasn't a problem for us. The room had air conditioning and a TV (which even had a couple of English speaking channels!), as well as an attached private bathroom. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a special experience in Venice!

The breakfast was excellent! The location was perfect. We were very pleased with the support of the staff to help us get our passports that we left behind at our previous hotel. It made our stay in Venice so much better knowing we did not need to leave early to go back. We will return!!

Great location. Clean hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good quality. Room was clean comfortable and all amenities work well including the ac unit

Beautiful building with incredible decor. Front door opens onto the Grand Canal with the Rialto bridge 50 feet to the left. Staff were thoughtful, and helpful.
