− Je n’ai pas aimé la façon dont la manager nous a traité quand on lui a dit qu’il y avait des cafards dans la chambre et dans la cuisine on a demandé d’être remboursé pour le nombre de jours (5) total où nous avons eu des cafards et nous avons rien eu….

Très bien à recommander

Staff are very accommodating, rooms are dated but were very clean.

The best part of the hotel stay was the staff at the front desk. They were always accommodating and very pleasant. They allowed for a very early check in in and I was grateful for that.

− The TV's-they never worked properly and impossible to figure out getting the channels or channel guide, Even one of the staff I had to call to help me acknowledged they get a lot of calls on this issue. The batteries needed changing on the bedroom remote. The bathroom vent did not work-so you take a shower and the mirrors are fogged up. Kitchen-an outlet not working. This is a very old building so they need to do more maintenance checks on these suites to be sure all is properly functioning.

Nice stay for a family

Great location, close to everything! Easy to find restaurants, taxis, grocery shops. The room was big, the kitchen had clean dishes and small things like hangers, clock, soap . very helpful desk staff. A lot of washing machines and dryer s that are complementary. There is a nice rooftop with a lovely view on the manhattan skyline and had great food. Nice gym. was a Good value for money

− The sofa bad is not good for people to sleep on. We were 3 people. A couple with our teenager. She suffered from the sofa and had a bad sleep. The bedroom was comfortable, so don’t plan on sleeping on the sofa. There was a water brake day after our arrival that was hard. The distance between the bathroom door and the bed is very small and not comfortable. Cleaning only once a week.

Excelente depto en nyc

El departamento estudio es muy cómodo para dos personas. La cocina tenía todo lo que decía la descripción lo que permitió cocinarnos. EL laundry estaba las 24 hs abierto y era gratis. Eso fue excelente. EL personal de recepción muy amable, nos recibieron un montón de pedidos. En la recepción siempre sonaba jazz lo que hacía muy lindo llegar. La ubicación si bien no es en el midtown, o en las zonas hiperturisticas. Está en un barrio muy lindo con vista a Brooklyn y super tranquilo y limpio. Sin dudas me volvería a hospedar ahí.

− La cama podría haber sido un poco más grande y el colchón mas duro. Estuvimos 10 días alojados.
