Die Zimmer an sich sind gut. Das Bett ist bequem.

− Die Lobby ist recht dunkel und abweisend wie auch die Gänge ein recht merkwürdiges Design haben. Wenn man 2-3 Tage bleibt wäre eine Flasche Leitungswasser im Zimmer abends einfach eine nette Geste statt nur einmal am Anreisetag. Mühsam ist die Dusche wo man vorsichtig die Temperatur von Hand herausfinden muss....

I had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Alba. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid, and I really enjoyed the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast buffet. Everything was comfortable and very well maintained. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A very special mention has to go to Pablo, who truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, assisting me with everything I needed — from helping me find the right train to Seville to arranging my pick-up to the station and making sure everything went smoothly. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him. His genuine hospitality and willingness to help made a real difference to my stay and is exactly the kind of service you remember after leaving a hotel. He is a real credit to the team.

− There was honestly very little I didn’t like. The only minor point was that I found the pillows a little uncomfortable. It would also be nice to have a tissue box provided in the room or bathroom. These are very small details, though, and certainly did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

Concierge had a wonderful greeting when I checked in. Nice smile and friendly!!!

Everything was great !!! Amenities and especially the blow dryer… was exceptional for me… Dyson 🙂 Concierge was friendly and helpfully. Everything was clean and safe !!!

Excellent service at frontdesk/reception. Great location. Super comfortable room.
