Location was great. Breakfast was good.

− They didn’t have a general laundry service. After being stuck in a rainstorm we were just trying to get our clothes cleaned and dried because we were traveling the next day. Unfortunately they did not have a wash and fold option and we paid for dry cleaning.

The Concordia's location, one short block to St. Mark's Basilica, is fantastic. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful.

− One has to climb several marble steps (some without a railing) to reach reception and the elevator. There was oise from an alley our room overlooked.

Zimmernummer 102

Perfect location right across from St Mark's Sq. I could see the cathedral from my balcony. The staff was very helpful and arranged the perfect transportation to the airport

Location

− I requested a two beds in my room. They emailed me confirming they can accommodate my request however they did not provide. I only had one bed for me and my friend. I wish they would have told me in advance so I could have found another place to stay.
