Pullman Singapore Orchard

Would be back as it’s perfect for a stay where you don’t spend a lot of time in the room

Location! Clean, comfortable , great breakfast

− The rooms were very small

Overall pretty good

Its not only breakfast, actually its a BRUNCH.

− If chef really understands ordered personal dietary choices and not make any mistakes.

Disappointing

Location was good and close to transport etc.

− The pool was out order for 4 of 5 days which was not communicated prior to us when booking. We had to chase answers. Only after creating a fuss did we receive a minimal credit to our stay. If we knew the pool would not be available, we wouldn’t have booked to stay there.

the room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable, I really enjoyed the cafe downstairs on level 4, staff were so friendly and the coffee was good, I absolutely recommend the salted brownie

− gym was OK but only had three machines so had to wait to use, it also wasn't clear where to put the used towels
